Official Contest Rules

STICKS MEDIA LLC - GENERAL CONTEST RULES

Unless otherwise stated, contests conducted by Sticks Media LLC (the “Station(s)”), including KMSO-FM, KHDV-FM, KAYQ-FM, WLGR-FM, and KTNK-AM, are open to all persons who are at least 18 years of age and who reside within the applicable listening area of the Station conducting the contest, unless otherwise specified.

Employees of Sticks Media LLC, its licensees, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, participating sponsors or promotional partners, other radio stations in the applicable market, and members of their immediate families and/or households are not eligible to participate or win.

ENTRY / WINNING

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win any Station contest.

• One (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated.

• The Station will designate the method of entry and winner selection for each contest.

Call-In Contests

Entrants may be asked to call a designated telephone number at a specified time. The Station and Sponsors are not responsible for technical difficulties including busy signals, service interruptions, or system errors.

Entry Box Contests

Entries must be deposited in the official entry box by the stated deadline. Unless otherwise specified, only one handwritten entry per person on an official entry form will be accepted.

Internet-Based Contests

Entrants may be asked to enter via a designated website or platform. Entry methods may include surveys, trivia, predictions, essays, photos, videos, audio submissions, or submission of contact information.

Social Network / Loyalty Program Entries

When contests require entry through social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter) or listener loyalty programs, participants acknowledge such platforms are not affiliated with the Station. The Station is not responsible for technical issues, account errors, or platform malfunctions.

Text Message Contests

The registered owner of the mobile number used to enter will be deemed the entrant. Message and data rates may apply. The Station is not responsible for delivery failures or carrier-related issues.

Social Media Contests

Entries must comply with all announced instructions, including required hashtags and verified Station or Sponsor account tags. Entries not meeting all stated requirements will be disqualified.

The Station reserves the right to prohibit participation by any individual if fraud, tampering, or rule violations are suspected.

Information collected may be shared with contest Sponsors in accordance with the Station’s privacy policy.

All contests are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and are void where prohibited.

All entries become the property of the Station and will not be returned. Failure to comply with contest rules may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sticks Media LLC.

The Station is not responsible for typographical or administrative errors in contest materials or announcements.

PRIZES

• Winners must sign a Sticks Media LLC Winner Release Form and present a valid government-issued photo ID.

• A Social Security number may be required for tax reporting purposes.

• Failure to complete required documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Prizes are:

• Non-transferable

• Non-redeemable for cash

• Awarded “as is” with no warranties

Unless otherwise stated:

• One (1) winner per household every 30 days

• Major prizes valued at $600 or more are limited to one (1) per person per calendar year across all Sticks Media LLC stations

Winners receiving prizing totaling over $600 in a calendar year will receive IRS Form 1099. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The Station reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

Travel-related prizes are subject to availability, restrictions, blackout dates, and expiration dates. The Station is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes beyond its control.

Celebrity meet-and-greet prizes are contingent upon availability and carry no cash value.

Unclaimed prizes (excluding tickets) will be forfeited after 30 days.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Station management decisions regarding contest interpretation and administration are final and binding.

Winners may be required to complete additional eligibility or release documentation prior to prize award.

CONDITIONS

By participating, winners grant Sticks Media LLC the right to use their name, voice, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Winners agree to release and hold harmless Sticks Media LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and Sponsors from any claims arising from participation or prize use.

Prizes may not be sold or transferred. Attempted resale may result in disqualification, forfeiture, and future contest bans.

The Station reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel contests due to circumstances beyond its control.
